Refund and Returns Policy for Rolex Heritage

At Rolex Heritage, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and straightforward Refund and Returns Policy. Please review the terms below to understand how to return an item and request a refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The item must be in its original, unused, and resalable condition, including all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded:

  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@rolexheritage.com or call us at 218-230-5996. Please provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: We will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without an RA number may be delayed or rejected.

  3. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged for return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns to ensure that your item arrives safely.

  4. Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account after we have received the return.

  • If the returned item is deemed ineligible for a refund (e.g., used or damaged), we will notify you and return the item to you at your expense.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

To process a claim for damaged or defective goods, please provide:

  • A description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Your order number.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, it is considered the customer’s responsibility. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

8. Refunds to Payment Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment processor, it may take a few business days for the funds to appear in your account. Please note that any associated processing fees or charges imposed by your payment provider may not be refunded.
