At ROLEX HERITAGE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a clear process for returns and refunds. Please read the following terms carefully.
1. Returns
- Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, and gift cards, are not eligible for return.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rolexheritage.com or 218-230-5996 for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns will not be accepted without this number.
2. Refunds
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
- Partial Refunds: Items returned in a damaged or used condition may be subject to a partial refund, depending on the condition of the returned item.
3. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@rolexheritage.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Prepaid Return Labels: If the return is due to an error on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account due to banking processing times.
